    Shipping & Returns

    All U.S. orders over $50 ship free. Orders are typically processed and shipped from our facility within 1-2 business days. You will receive an invoice via email once your order ships with a tracking number. All orders ship via USPS unless an alternate shipping method is chosen. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost and will be calculated at the time the order is placed. We ship within the U.S. only. Most U.S. orders can be expected within 5-8 business days. The Skin Boutique is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control.

    Once your order goes through, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. If you created an account, you can log into your account and see the status of your order. If you haven’t received an email confirmation you may have entered your email address incorrectly and thus are not receiving our emails. If you haven’t received an email confirmation AND do not see your order in your account, email Customer Support and we will look into your order for you. 

    Unfortunately, once your order is processed it cannot be cancelled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email Customer Support within 12 hours after placing your order, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus a $9.95 shipping and handling fee. 

    We'll notify you via email if an item from your order is not in stock. Any item that is not in stock at the time of your order will ship separately once it becomes available which is typically within 10 business days. There are no additional shipping charges.  

    Returns are accepted on products that are unused, sealed and in the original box within 30 days of the purchase date. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt of your return request, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This number must be included for returns to be processed. The Skin Boutique is not responsible for returned packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We encourage the use of shipping methods with tracking and insurance. In the unlikely occasion that the product arrives defective or an incorrect item is received, please contact us within 10 days for a prepaid return label. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your return.
